Shipping & Return Policy


We offer free U.S. shipping when you spend $75+. For all orders, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process and ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. First class typically takes 3-7 business days. Harp Angel uses USPS and UPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost and weight of your purchase. 


Harp Angel is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Harp Angel is not liable for any returns due to undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any reshipments due to lost packages or packages returned. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a safe, secure space for deliveries to be dropped off.

For orders showing as delivered that are not present at your residence or show up damaged, please let us know and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to search out where it may be. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to resolve the issue with the carrier and get an update from them as the package may actually deliver a day or two later.


If you add the upgraded priority shipping to your order, the processing time will remain 1-2 business days, the shipping time will be upgraded to 2-3 day shipping. All other orders will be sent with first class mail which takes approximately 4-5 business days shipping. We do our best to keep all items in-stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. 


For international orders, brokerage fees, import taxes, and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier. To ensure that your shipment arrives safely, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.

All international sales are FINAL SALES.


Promotions can not be combined, only one promotion is allowed at a time. Promotions can not be applied to previous orders and can not be combined with free shipping promos. 


Harp Angel will gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Items eligible for return must follow these requirements:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags intact 
  • free of stains, odors and damage
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form is necessary, but please include a note in the package with the order number and/or name associated with the order and reason for the return. Please contact us at for full return instructions. Allow up to one week for your return to be processed. Once item is returned and inspected, we will issue the refund to original form of payment. Original shipping paid will not be refunded. 

International sales and wholesale orders are final.


If you are exchanging your items, please process your original order as a return and make sure to send back the items within 15 days to avoid being ineligible for a refund. Please follow our return instructions above. You will need to place a new order for the new item. 


We do accept cancellations, but requests are not guaranteed. Some orders are shipped same day. If you would like to cancel and your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy listed above. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.


We stand by our product and want you to be completely satisfied. In the case that there is an issue with a defect, please notify us within 30 days of the receipt of your product if there are issues with it in its new and unworn condition. Items washed or worn are not eligible for returns/exchange when any damage is related to standard wear and tear. Items must arrive back to Harp Angel in their original condition with the original tags attached.


Any gifted items must fall under the requirements above. All returned gift items will be issued a store credit code via email. Please include a note in your return package with the original purchaser's name and/or order number and an email for the code to be sent to. 


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
