Shipping & Return Policy
For all orders, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and ship your items. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Harp Angel uses USPS and UPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost and weight of your purchase.
Harp Angel is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Harp Angel is not liable for any returns due to undeliverable addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for any reshipments due to lost packages or packages returned.
If you add the upgraded priority shipping to your order, the processing time will remain 1-3 business days, the shipping time will be upgraded to 2-3 day shipping. All other orders will be sent with first class mail which takes approximately 4-5 business days. We do our best to keep all items in-stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery.
Update: We are still shipping international orders, but due to Covid-19, USPS has been experiencing unpredictable delays in shipping to customers outside of the US.
For international orders, brokerage fees, import taxes, and/or duties may be assessed by the shipping carrier. To ensure that your shipment arrives safely, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers.
All international sales are FINAL SALES.
Promotions can not be combined, only one promotion is allowed at a time. Promotions can not be applied to previous orders and can not be combined with free shipping promos.
Harp Angel will gladly accept merchandise returns within 14 days of receiving your items. Items eligible for return must be in original condition and unworn. Once item is returned and inspected, we will issue the refund to original form of payment minus a 10% shipping/restocking fee deducted from the amount returned to you. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us with your order number at email@example.com for return instructions.
International sales are final.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. We will gladly accept your return under the specifications above.
We do accept cancellations, but requests are not guaranteed. Some orders are shipped same day. If you would like to cancel and your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy listed above. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If there is a fault with the product please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you with the process.
We will happily replace the product (stock allowing) free of charge, or provide a full refund. All goods must arrive back to Harp Angel in their original condition with the original labels and tags attached. Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. We will process returns within 3 business days of your order arriving back to us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
